(for the 20000th time) If you were to know me in ‘real life’ I’m that person who is saying they’re going to eat healthy every monday and then when saturday comes around, it’s gin time and the stress of the week has caused me to stress eat my way through the full takeaway menu that was posted through my door the previous week. But it’s time for that to change. And if making it public for the world to see doesn’t get me to stick to my word then I don’t know what will because if fear of public failure wont help me then all hope is lost. BUT… we will not let that happen! I will be posting everything from food to workouts to just my overall feelings of the day not only to motivate myself but to also help anyone out there that needs it (if anyone reads it that is). And the same likewise! I’d love to hear from anyone that reads my blog or has any thoughts or even could just help me out? I’m quite uneducated in this department so any help is much appreciated!
WE CAN DO THIS!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! If theres anything that you want to improve or work on we can do it together. The main priority is to be positive and wake up in the morning of a new day with a clean slate and going to bed on a night knowing that you lived your life to your fullest and your true happiness, even if that is cleaning your kitchen or going to the gym, or picking out an outfit for tomorrow. Small things are sometimes the greatest happiness in our lives and we should appreciate these things and cherish the instead of shunning them because we think they’re stupid. I say all of this but I am a main culprit of all of this. But theres always room for a person to grow and improve into something they aspire to be! I know this turned from me explaining what I’m going to be doing in the future into a small pep talk for you (me) but thats the beauty of letting your mind run freely on a keyboard! It wont be the last of it I tell you!
